Situated 4.6 km from Lake Wanaka and beneath Mt Iron, guests can choose from many hiking/biking/climbing options within a short walk from the accommodation.
The property is a bit further from the town center, but the trade off is extra parking for boats and a quiet neighborhood.
Aubrey Road overlooking Albert Town is 4.2 km to Wanaka Central via highway 84 and 1.8 km to Albert Town bakery, shops and Tavern. This area is surrounded by many hiking/biking/climbing/kayaking options for people of various levels of fitness.

This house has been designed to capture beautiful views, and also to be convenient for all your holiday needs. The house is spacious and comfortable with extra insulation in windows, walls and floor make this house very cosy and easy to keep warm in winter. We are conscious of having as small a Carbon Footprint as possible.
Guests check in with a lockbox. The host is available by phone, text or email throughout your stay.

Not suitable for infants (under 3 years) Internal staircase is dangerous for small children. If you wish to bring children under 3 years, please acknowledge that this is at your own risk.
No smoking inside. All outdoor smoking activity must be away form open doors and windows. Smokers must not throw butts around the section. All litter must be removed from the section before departure.
No parties or events
Dogs are allowed. By request only.
Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. This is a Council requirement.
Dogs visit this property occasionally, if you have severe allergies to dogs, please do not book this home.

Amenity limitations — We supply non perishable consumable in enough quantity for you to settle in. We do not replenish these consumables during your stay.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000
At the time of your reservation we will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
The remainder of your fee will be due 30 days before check in date.
If you need to cancel 30 days before your check in date you will be refunded 100% after (30 days your deposit will only be refunded if we can book those dates)
The total fee is paid at 30 days before check in. During those remaining 30 days if a cancellation occurs you will only be refunded if we can re-book those dates.
